Tomato is a sprightly little beefsteak, whose loyal pittie eyes and unmistakable little nose freckle are sure to capture your heart, and lure you in for snuggles and belly rubs—especially when he stares at you upside down! Tomato was rescued as a puppy from deplorable conditions but has been in a loving home for most of his life. He LOVES people, and is full of puppy energy! Tomato is living his best life with his foster sister, a German Shepherd/Pitbull mix, and prefers to spend his day in the garden playing with her! She is very patient with her pesky foster brother’s super intense butt-sniffs and toy/bone thievery. Tomato's energy level is high, and sometimes he doesn’t know his strength so he’d be better suited around older kids or adults until he has better manners, although the neighborhood kids LOVE to play with him! Tomato already knows “sit” and “stay”— he also knows to sit when fed until told “okay.” His foster mom even taught him to dance! Tomato has an impressive resume of skills: *potty trained*can sit & stay pretty well *experience wearing costumes He has so much love to give, and is beyond loyal! His piggy noises and old man snores will have you wondering what species you adopted
