Adopt Sushi a All Black Domestic Shorthair / Mixed (short coat) cat in

This is our cat Sushi. She is 3 years old and we have had her since she was 8 weeks old. Friend's of ours found her mother as a pregnant stray. After having the kittens, we adopted both the mother, Sake, and one of the kittens (Sushi). Sushi is friendly and playful. Our primary reason for having to find her a new home is her behavior towards our other cat, and her mother, Sake. Their relationship has slowly deteriorated the last 1-2 years. Sushi eventually would not share liter boxes with her mom and had to get a separate eating area. When she first stop using the liter box ~Sept 2023, we suspected a health issue, so we had bloodwork done and everything came back healthy and normal. Good for her health, bad for figuring out a solution. Although not well tempered towards her mother, she will come up to strangers and enjoys being pet. My children, age 7 and 9, both pick her up and carry her around the house without any issues. She likes to find quiet hidden places to sleep.
