Meet Ivy! Ivy is 9 months old! My family adopted her when she was about 3 months old as a puppy. The shelter told us she was a shepherd… but I don’t think she is now that she’s bigger! If you like big dogs, Ivy is for you! I always joke she’s Clifford! She really is such a sweet and naturally obedient dog. She heels well on walks, she knows sit, lay down, kennel and we did some brief agility work and did very well with that!! We are rehoming her because our family took on a third dog thinking we could handle it. I have a toddler and a baby and it’s too much for me to handle 3. While we love her, she accidentally knocks over the babies. She’s so much puppy in a huge body! I love her so much but she’s just too much for me. We are in no rush to rehome, but we know she does need to find someone with more patience with her large size. I want to take her on hikes and walks but I can’t do 3 dogs and 2 babies alone! (Especially since she’s so big!) She’s ready for a high energy home!
