Osha (Neutered) Domestic Longhair Adult Male

Osha is a handsome 4-1/2 year old male kitty who was brought to the HSOV in late Spring 2024 by a Good Samaritan who had found him in the Little Hocking Ohio area. Unfortunately Osha was not confined to a carrier at that time and 'took off' outside the shelter .. but thankfully our HSOV kennel techs kept a watchful eye out for him and they were able to bring him safely indoors on June 2, 2024. Osha has a brown tabby-and-white longhaired coat, a long tail, and a sweet face with dark golden eyes, a pink nose, and long white whiskers. Osha was a pushover for attention and petting when HSOV Volunteer Emma Dahlgren helped him with his preliminary photos on June 3rd. Osha was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on June 6, 2024. He weighed 13.6 lbs that day. Surely Osha had an owner/family who loved this 'diamond-in-the-rough' at one time in his life since someone cared enough about Osha to have him neutered. Osha looks a bit 'rough' at the present time since his coat isn't looking its best (and he has a wound on his neck/chest), but we wanted to share his first photos so that potential adopters/rescues would know that he is in our shelter and will soon be ready to find a fabulous home if he is not reclaimed.
