This little hunk right here is Manny. He walks so politely on a leash. When he was cut loose in the play yard, he didn't race around like most of the dogs do (understandably so after they've been in their kennels for so long). Instead he has a gentle trot that matches his personality beautifully. His perky ears bounce in rhythm with his trot. The most excited he got is when he and Buffy were engaging in play bows on opposite sides of the fence. Manny showed me that he knows sit, and he may be remembering shake as well. He will "sit pretty" or dance for treats. Most of all, he really likes back scratches and sitting in your lap to be as close to you as possible. At 50 lbs, he really does try his best to be as gentle as possible so you will let him stay there.If you have any questions or would like to adopt Manny, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
