Description:

Her name was Faith when I adopted her, but I instantly changed her name to Inca because of my love for ancient civilizations. She DOES know her name and responds to Inca, but you can change it if you want to. I can only ask for you to call her Inca for a short period of time, until she feels comfortable in her new surroundings. She is a very affectionate cat. I NEVER intended on adopting her out, I planned on keeping all of my original Ragdolls. Inca was advertised to me as a purebred ragdoll and I paid $2800 for her. However, I didn't read the fine print on the adoption paperwork, which stated I had to send in proof that she was spayed by the time she was 6 months and I didn't know. The breeder tried to charge my card and additional $1000, but luckily,I had gotten my card changed at that time. She NEVER gave me her registration and because she did send an $1000 bill to a collection agency for her breeding rights, so I did eventually decide to breed her with my registered breeding ragdoll. She was an absolutely amazing mother, who birthed 3 litters. One of the litters only had two kittens and one of them passed during the first night, so it was a single kitten litter. Out of the two healthy litters she did have, 4/7 kittens had a white, bicolor looking patch on their faces, giving the appearance of kittens that were both bicolor and colourpoint. She is the only one of my girls who had more than one litter because breeding wasn't my ultimate priority, I just wanted to make back some of the $19,000 I spent on the initial cost of my cats. According to the DNA test, Inca is not a purebred like advertised, but she is majority ragdoll. Part of the reason I had her tested is because her body and face shape was different than my other Ragdolls. She is still 54% ragdoll, but she is technically a ragamuffin. A ragamuffin is mostly ragdoll with part Himalayan genes and part Persian, as well. Her Himalayan is obvious in her huge, fluffy tail. She can get incredibly fluffy. She has aquamarine eyes. Unfortunately, we found out my son is allergic to cats, so I decided to adopt out a few of them in order to help alleviate his symptoms, until he can begin getting regular allergy shots. The only negative thing I can say is that now that it's hot outside, I have noticed some fleas. I suggest getting Revolution Plus or Bravecto from the vet, but Advantage is also a very good flea medication that is a little cheaper and doesn't require a vet visit. I am only asking $300 for her, because she isn't a kitten. I am going to be picky because my cats are like family to me. She is one of my original girls, and I love her to death. I suggest separating her from any other cats, and quarantining her, for about a week. She isn't sick, but the vaccination didn't work for my favorite cat and she has been repeatedly exposed to Feline Calicivirus. Inca has NEVER gotten sick, she has always been healthy, but I don't want her to transfer germs from my house to any other cats any potential adoptee may have. I am hoping to find someone who actually just wants a ragdoll/ragamuffin and isn't looking to use her as a means to make money, by adopting her and selling her for more or using her to sell kittens. I paid almost $20,000 to legally breed my cats and still got scammed out of 3 of their registrations from this specific breeder. Ultimately, I am just happy they are healthy. I could NEVER send them back for a refund because I do feel like she may have come from a kitten mill. I am just grateful her genes are all clear. She is a very beautiful cat who deserves a beautiful home with someone who will keep her forever. I do not want her being adopted, then adopted out again repeatedly. It's scary adopting out expensive cats because you never know someone's true intentions... It's a dilemma between charging what she is actually worth ($1200+) to make sure she is cared for or adopting her out for less, to help alleviate my son's symptoms. I want to be fair, so I'm only charging $300 and willing to negotiate. I am going to try to treat the fleas ASAP, but we are behind on rent from last month because my husband had surgery and we've gone two weeks without a paycheck. Unfortunately, that means I don't have the money to treat them right at this moment but I couldn't have predicted my husband would need immediate surgery like that. Financial reasons is another reason I ultimately decided to adopt a few of my girls out, even though it's heart breaking. I know they would be better off with someone who can consistently afford everything they need. I have struggled massively since covid because I eventually lost my entire business and we have been living on only one income for the last two years. I am trying to do the right thing for my cats and my son. She DOES have a tracking chip, also. I just didn't list the number because it's currently not registered.
