Hello, my name is Chula! I am the sweetest and funnest dog ever! I was rescued off the streets in Baja, Mexico and I've been spending my time in foster care recovering from an injury. I fractured my knee and it has healed but I will most likely always have a limp and some joint issues. Some of my favorite things include walks, belly rubs, play-dates with dog friends, treats, sunbathing, chew bones, splashing in water, and people! I've lived with kids, cats, and dogs and I love everyone! Sometimes I get a little too excited and forget my manners but I am really smart and would love to learn more!
